Nasim Sdn Bhd’s Peugeot Lounge at the Subang Skypark Terminal, Subang Jaya entered the Malaysia Book of Records today for being the nation’s “First Automotive Airport Lounge“. The premium automotive airport lounge is the first of its kind that provides all Peugeot owners an exclusive experience, in line with the marque’s premium branding.

At the certification ceremony today, Dato’ Samson Anand George, Chief Operating Officer of Nasim Sdn Bhd said, “It is a proud moment for the Peugeot Lounge to be recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records for being the first automotive airport lounge and we are thankful of this recognition.”

He added, “The Peugeot Lounge gives our customers one of the best ownership experience by providing a comfortable departure point for our customers to unwind and relax before boarding their flights. It is with such brand-building exercises that we wish to continue winning the loyalty of existing and potential Peugeot owners.”

The lounge is open to all Peugeot owners on outbound flights from the Subang Skypark Terminal. It offers patrons complimentary refreshments, Wi-Fi and Internet services, Astro, flight information display, newspapers and magazines, a meeting room and a VIP room. Exclusive Peugeot merchandises are also for sale at the lounge.

In the past two years since the lounge opened, it has hosted more than 11,000 Peugeot owners. Aside from its customers, prominent figures such as ministers, corporate leaders and celebrities have enjoyed facilities at the lounge.

Due to its growing popularity at the airport, the Peugeot Lounge is now affiliated to premium international lounge operators such as Priority Pass, Dragon Pass, Angel Airport UK and Skypark.

Notable events have also been organised at the lounge such as the Selangor Ministry of Tourism Bloggers Day, Launch of Minister of Tourism’s Visit Year Malaysia and the Opening Ceremony of Circle K convenient store from Japan amongst others.

Peugeot owners visiting the Peugeot Lounge only need to present their valid boarding pass along with their Peugeot Privilege card or Peugeot car key to enjoy the complimentary facilities. Peugeot owners visiting the lounge can bring in a guest, who has a valid boarding pass, for free.
